Al-Rafayee Foundation for Home Services ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Al-Rafayee Home Services
mobile application and associated website (collectively, the "Service"). We are committed to protecting
your personal information and your right to privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and
what rights you have in relation to your data. By using our Service, you agree to the practices
described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
Account & Identity
First name, last name, email address, phone number, password, profile photo, date of birth, gender,
identification number and type, and up to two identity document images.
Addresses
Physical addresses with GPS coordinates that you save for booking purposes.
Booking & Service Data
Service type, schedule, special instructions, payment method, coupon codes, uploaded completion photos,
and OTP verification codes used during the service flow.
Custom Job Posts & Bids
Job descriptions, images, and any communication related to custom service requests you post.
Messages
In-app chat messages and file attachments (up to 25 MB) sent between you and service providers or support.
Payment Evidence
Bank transfer receipts or other offline payment documentation you submit to confirm payment.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Location Data
Precise GPS location (foreground) to show nearby services and match your booking to a service zone.
Location is only accessed while the app is in use unless you explicitly grant background location
permission.
Device & Session Data
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token, app language and theme preference, country code,
search history (stored locally on your device), and an anonymous guest ID generated on first launch.
Behavioral Data
Recently viewed services, favourite services and providers, and booking history.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide the Service: Process bookings, match you with service providers, and facilitate payments.
- Account Management: Create and maintain your account, authenticate your identity, and process OTP verification.
- Communication: Send booking confirmations, status updates, and support messages via push notification, SMS, or email.
- Location Services: Determine your service zone, display nearby providers, and enable address-based booking.
- Payments: Process transactions and maintain a record of your wallet balance, loyalty points, and transaction history.
- Safety & Trust: Verify provider identities and manage ratings and reviews to maintain platform quality.
- Personalisation: Show relevant services and promotions based on your history and preferences.
- Legal Compliance: Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and court orders.
- Improvement: Analyse usage patterns to improve app performance and user experience.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Data shared with the above services is limited to
what is necessary to provide the specific functionality.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted under the domain alrafayah2026.alrafayah.com.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS),
access controls, and regular security reviews.
Certain data (preferences, search history, cached responses) is also stored locally on your device
using encrypted local storage.
While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or
electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8). We may retain
certain data for a longer period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as
resolving disputes or preventing fraud.
7. Sharing Your Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: Your name, contact information, booking address, and job details
are shared with the service provider assigned to your booking in order to fulfil the service.

Payment Processors: Payment details are shared with our payment gateway partners to
process transactions. We do not store full card numbers.

or governmental authority.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your
data may be transferred to the new entity, which will be bound by this Privacy Policy.

cannot identify you personally for research or business analysis purposes.

The mobile app does not use browser cookies but uses equivalent local storage mechanisms (shared
preferences and local database) for the same purposes.

We send push notifications to inform you about booking updates, promotions, and messages. You can
manage notification permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling notifications will
not affect your ability to use the Service but you may miss important booking updates.
12. International Data Transfers
Your data is primarily processed and stored within the region where our servers operate. When data is
transferred to third-party services (such as Google or Facebook) it may be processed in countries
outside your own. We ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws through
appropriate safeguards.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify
you via the app or by email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the
most recent revision. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

- بيانات الموقع: الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق لعرض الخدمات المتاحة وتحديد منطقة الخدمة.
- بيانات الجهاز: رمز جهاز Firebase (FCM)، تفضيلات اللغة والثيم، سجل البحث (محلي على جهازك).
- البيانات السلوكية: الخدمات المشاهدة مؤخرًا، المفضلة، وسجل الحجوزات.
٣. كيفية استخدام معلوماتك
- تقديم الخدمة ومعالجة الحجوزات وتسهيل المدفوعات.
- إنشاء حسابك وإدارته والتحقق من هويتك.

- التصحيح: طلب تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة.
